The island's parkland is stunning and is an excellent place for hikers to enjoy a long walk, the island also has facilities for several other sports.
After enjoying the terrain and the scenery, why not visit the island aquarium or the Great Lake Museum which features models and other artefacts to explore commercial shipping history on the Great Lakes.
