Queen Mary University is a public research-intensive university which is situated in London. The college is named after Mary of Teck. Queen Mary College London and Westfield College merged with Westfield college in 1989 and Queen Mary and Westfield College merged with St Bartholomew's hospital medical college and London hospital medical college in 1995.
The university has 5 campuses in East and Central London. They are located in Mile End, Whitechapel, Charterhouse Square, Lincoln's Inn Fields, and West Smithfield. The Mile End campus is the largest Campus of London Russell group university. According to the record, There are 26,000 students in 2018/19. The university has 3 faculty. i.e. The faculty of Humanities and social sciences, the faculty of science, faculty of engineering, and London School of Medicine and Dentistry. The university is a member of the Russell Group of British research university and center for the teaching of medicine. It is the world's largest academic health center of science and also gets collaborates with the University of London and offers an MBA program.
The main End campus has faculty of humanities and social sciences, the faculty of science and engineering, queen's building, library club drapers bar student union, computer science, etc. The Grade2 Queen building is the home to the octagon. It was designed by a famous architect ER Robson. There is a total of 4,000 faculties who teach 270 courses. The university has safety and security inside the campus. The Mile End campus has a location where you can live, relax and study.The campus consist two shops,four cafes,two restaurant,bookshop,bank,gym,bar etc.There are many greenery locations inside it. The university has 2,500 rooms near the Mile-end campus. The medicine and dentistry students have a Campus at White chapel near Royal London Hospital. Whitechapel is famous for street Market, curry house, and Whitechapel Gallery. This campus also has its gym, Library, computers, etc. The West Smithfield campus of the university has facilities like cardiovascular, cancer, epidemiology, and public health research. The Lincoln inn field campus is for law students. This area is the legal center of London and close to Covent Garden. The charterhouse square campus is famous for the cancer institute, the William Harvey Research Institute, and Wolfson Institute of prevention Medicine.
The University has 2,250 rooms for undergraduate students near the Mile End campus,360 rooms for students of medicine and dentist.26 room is for students with mobility impairment,18 room for deaf students and 12 rooms for wheelchair students. It offers 445 students of postgraduate. It is nearly 20 min from the Mild End campus.24 hours reception is available for any queries and cleaning and some other problems. The residential team always helps with any issues. The campus has many officers and CCTV camera for security purposes.

All bedrooms have a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelves, and some space for storage. The hotel has a free wifi system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, ovens, storage cupboard, food preparation surfaces, cookers, washing facilities, etc. In Mile End campus, a mini-fridge is replaced by a new shared fridge -freezers in the kitchen for reducing carbon footprint and save energy. The mini-fridges are only available in Beaumont Court, Creed Court, and Feilden house. Students are not allowed for bringing their fridges. Students are allowed to bring Bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. There are no parking facilities available for the students. For summer vacation Accommodation, students must have to fill an application form in March.
