Mr. Harunar Rashid Khan Monno, the Honourable Chairman of the Monno Group of Industries, established Monno Medical College and Hospital. It is a project of the Monno Welfare Foundation and is entirely non-profit. Professor Dr. Zahedul Karim Ahmad, a highly qualified and experienced teacher, is the college's current principal. It is one of the leading medical colleges in the country, as well as a world-renowned institute in terms of the quality of doctors who graduate from this Medical College.
