Universal College of Medical Sciences, Nepal was established in the year in 1998 in Bhairahwa region of Nepal. It is located in Rupandehi district which is just 15 kilometres away from the birthplace of Buddha, Lumbini. The Universal College of Medical Sciences has got the recognition and is considered as a missionary college in the field of medical and dental courses. The Universal college of medical sciences was started with MBBS and BDS and at present, it proposes masters courses too like MS and MD. The university is spread in a large area which is well equipped with all the latest technology and very supportive and helping faculty members.

Universal College of Medical Sciences Admission Criteria

• The applicant must be 17 years on or before 31 July of the applying year.
• The student should have cleared the intermediate examination with 50% marks as an aggregate in subjects like physics, chemistry, biology and English.
• Students with 50% marks can apply in direct quota seats.
• The students are required to appear in the interview as a part of the final selection procedure.

Apart from taking direct admission in the universal college of medical sciences, Nepal the student can also take admission in management. These seats are reserved for the students who have missed the last date for applying and for those who have not attained the required marks
