North East Medical College is a prestigious Private Medical College located in South Surma Pamila, on the southern fringes of Sylhet, Bangladesh. It was established in 1998. It is acknowledged as the best Medical College in Sylhet and one of the eminent medical colleges in Bangladesh.

The college offers a five-year program approved by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) and the National Medical Council (NMC) that leads to a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Dhaka University.
