B.P. Koirala institute OPD services
- OPD services at BPKIHS run from Sunday to Saturday. On Friday it runs for half day. Patients get this service from general OPD and special OPD. If a person wants special care then they are shifted to special OPD.
- OPD services include general checkup and comprehensive care, adult chest, heart gastro hepatic, neurology, endocrinology, female health problems, skin, obstetrics, STD disease, mental health issue, head, nose, orthopedic checkup, etc.

DOTS TB Clinic
- DOTS TB clinic was started at BPKIHS from 1st Bhadra 2057 BS. The program is run with the National tuberculosis program, Municipality of Dharan, and District health office.BPKIHS provides diagnosis, treatment, and management of complications.
Emergency services
- Emergency services at BPKIHS provide care to patients with urgent conditions. Care is provided 24 hours a day. It serves nearly 40,000 patients in a year. It includes Emergency operation theatre, Emergency X-ray, Emergency CT scan, USG 24Ă—7. There are separate emergency services for the patient who needs observation before discharge from the hospital.
